Hannah Fewtrell-Bolton
Contemporary Jeweller
Hannah Fewtrell-Bolton is
a jewellery designer from and based in Birmingham specialising in statement
fashion accessories. After completing her BA in Jewellery and Silversmithing
Hannah received an AHRC grant to continue her studies to MA level. Since her MA
in Jewellery, Silversmithing and Related Products at BIAD, BCU, The School of
Jewellery in 2011 she became an Artist in Residence at the university and
continued to develop her personal brand, while working on her statement
jewellery business HCFBoutique with the guidance and support of the ILF Venture
programme.
Hannah is very passionate
about fashion and encourages people to approach it with a playful nature
exploring the idea of making a statement and discovering their individuality.
‘The art of getting dressed allows the wearer to prepare the body for
society, choosing whether to conform to the idea of what is normal or not.’
